We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Odille. If you are not satisfied, please follow the return and exchange guidelines below:
Returns
- All returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all tags attached. If we notice that there is damage to a returned item or if we notice that clothing is dirty or obviously worn, we have the right to refuse the returned item.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, so shipping costs are yours unless it is a defective item.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return policy. If everything is in order, the full amount (of the returned items, not the shipping costs) will be refunded to your account.
Exchanges
- All exchanges must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. If we notice any damage to a returned item or if we notice that clothing is dirty or obviously worn, we have the right to refuse the returned item.
- Shipping and handling charges for returning an item are not refundable, so return shipping costs are yours unless it is a defective item. If you wish to exchange the item for another color, size or model, we will send you the new item at no additional charge.
- If the item you want to return is out of stock, we will refund the full amount (of the returned item, excluding shipping costs) to your account.
- We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not comply with our exchange policy. If everything is in order, the new product will be shipped to you upon receipt of the returned item.
How do you return or exchange a product?
To return or exchange a product, follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@odillequiware.com to begin the return or exchange process. Clearly include your name, order number, product details and reason for return/exchange.
Our team will give you instructions on how to complete the return or exchange. - If possible, pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. Include all paperwork, parts and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.
- Attach the return label to the outside of the package.
- Drop the package off at the carrier's location or schedule a pickup.
- Once received by our team, it may take up to 10 business days to process the return or exchange.
Because we are not responsible for items sent to us in error, we recommend using a mail service that guarantees the value of your returned items or gives you proof of shipping.
Please note that our gift certificates cannot be returned or exchanged.
